Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please understand and allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone timely.

Multiple Packages Shipping
If you order multiple products at one time, the orders may come from different suppliers/manufacturers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. You can easily check your order status from HERE. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If more than 5 days and there is still no tracking update, please contact us.

Customs Fees
We are not responsible for any custom fees, nor can we predict what these might be. Please contact your local customs office for more information if your package being held by customs.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for the lost package due to incorrect address that you provided in your order. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.

If your order shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please call your local Postal Office(s) and provide them with the tracking number. In most cases, your package will be waiting for you there. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can open an investigation or attempt to resend your items. A shipping fee will be charged for reshipment depending on the weight of the item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
